Hi all! hope everything i going fine for everybody. I'm leaving for Japan in ten days, and I've finally finalized plans for when I'm there.Simply put I'll be spending one week in Tokyo, one week in Kyoto, three days in Okayama, one day in Fukuoka, and three days in Nagasaki. At that point Josh and I'll split up, and I'll end up going back to Fukuoka for three days. After that work starts for me for a little under a month. After work I'll be back in Tokyo for about six days. If you're in Japan and you'd like to see me, drop me a line. For a detailed itinerary check out the cut.

I hope to be able to check to the Internet every couple of days while I'm in Japan, and I also hope to keep a travelogue on this journal. But no promises...

So... I've been exploring the new features of my computer. One of the features on the new MacBooks is something called Front Row. I won't get into the details, but one of the things Front Row lets you do is check out new movie trailers. I was able to check out trailers for movies that are about to be released, or have been recently released. Based on those trailers I now have a list of movies I'd like to see. In no particular order, I'd like to see:

Diggers
Waitress
La Doublure (The Valet)
Ratatouille
Fay Grim
The TV Set

I also have a list of movies that I've have been meaning to see from before. That list includes movies like The Queen, American Pastime, Civic Duty, and Eagle vs Shark. If anyone wants to go see these movies with me let me know.

Hi all! It's been awhile since I've updated this blog. But I haven't forgotten about this blog. I'm just plain lazy. Every time I think of something good to write I end up sleeping instead. But now that I have some free time on my hands hopefully I'll update this thing all little more often. Right now, I'm writing this blog using speech-to-text software called iListen. I'm still getting used to it but it's pretty cool. It's also surprisingly accurate. The one problem I have is that, I need to get used to speaking out all my punctuation so you'll notice a lot of missing commas. incidentally, I'm using this software on a new computer. I'm a a proud owner of a new black MacBook.

Right now I'm pretty relaxed but later this summer I'll be going to Japan with Josh. We'll travel across the country for three weeks, and then I'm going to do a work camp for a month. So in total I'll be in Japan for almost two months. I'll be working at a summer camp with kids that's only for two weeks the first two weeks will be working on restoring a school. I'm leaving June 13th and I'll be back August 10th. If anyone wants do something between now and June 13, just call me. Also, we don't have many plans in Japan so if you are reading in Japan we can get together if the time is right.

Well...that's it for now. All I'll say is that this speech recognition thing is school... I said cool!
