Kozo's 115 days of Ramen

kojaxsI've now been in Japan for 115 days, and I took the time to reflect on all the ramen I've eaten over those days. By my count, I've eaten at 33 different shops (37 if you count branch shops separately). Since I've visited a few of these shops two or more times, I think it would be fair to say I've had around 50 bowls in 115 days (not including some instant noodles I've made at home). I've compiled a list of all the shops I've been to in the last 115 days. With the exception of one shop in Saga, all the shops are in Tokyo. The shops vary in styles, although Kyushu-style tonkotsu is probably over-represented in the list. I've found these shops various ways including ramen blogs, television, and just plain wandering in for lunch. I've also gone out of my way to visit some of these shops. I've included links to English language blog posts on the shops where possible, but I may or may not have had the same kind of bowl as the blogger, nor do I necessarily share the same opinion as the blogger.
The general location of the shop is in brackets, shops with multiple locations indicates all the different branches where I've eaten.
I have visited shops with the ★ mark at least twice, and I highly recommend shops with the ☆ mark.
Finally, the list is in no particular order. It's actually the order in which I remembered the shops.
